What makes a good profile?

I think a good profile starts out with a good hook, and then continues with background information, followed by an interesting story. A good profile has to be about someone who is interesting to the public. They must either have some very interesting quality, story, or be a public figure. The person most importantly must have a good story to tell. A good profile can show the person as a hero, or someone the reader feels bad for, or it could even be someone the reader hates. The reader just needs to be interested in the person and the story they are telling. A profile should have good quotes that are accurate and help the story, not take away from it.
