What makes a good profile?

When a reporter decides to write a profile on someone it means that they are going to basically to a biographical story on a certain person. The first step if you were going to write a profile on someone would be to set up an interview with that person. The most important part of this process is the reporters preparation. A good profile is made by strong hard interesting facts and that can only be done with research and preparation. You most likely will have a deadline when writing a profile so the problem is you may not have as much time as you would like to do your research. So therefore preparation is very important and makes up what a good profile on someone entails.
